Gabriela Eye,

Mexican Painter, BA in Fine Arts by the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), Mexico City, enjoys expressing herself through different media, including photography; but what has characterized Gabriela’s work in the last few years is abstraction, dynamism, and intense colors in her paintings: “The free flow of color [in abstraction], without structural lines or narratives to impede its transit, suits my own temperament”, as it allows her, she says, to talk about “All that in the world that lacks a name or a face [...] the intangible. [...] The inner world comes out to play in the canvas without restrictions; an invitation for the viewer’s own to do the same”. Born and raised in Mexico City, Gabriela has lived and developed her artwork in different cities within Mexico. She currently lives and paints in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. Her website:

Imelda Teran

As we experience the work of multidisciplinary artist Imelda Teran, submerge in a parallel universe of hamonic chaos, riddled with forms and colors so complex as amazing, lived by entities fascinatingly grotesque,  that re-define our schemes of beauty harmony and perfection.

An art viceral and intense arisen from the impulse of creation and expression that hovers like inevitably as an addiction of the imagination. An art that us resembles multiple styles, from: abstract, psychodelic, figurative, contemporary, pop and even urban, for mentioning some, but without remaining classified in any of them.

Being a partially self-taught artist, Imelda Teram has focused her artistic formation, which she understands from: the engraving, painting, sculpture, and assembly, between others, in finding new technologies and materials across which enriching the quality and dimension of his work, mas always public inspector to the style that characterizes her, managing with it to create an artistic sophisticated and prolific work, but always free and personal, to the degree of being in her entirety exempt from titles, when not to exist a limit that it stamps on every piece, not in the sensations that this one could evoke in the eye that observes it.
